Information related to the processing of personal data in accordance with article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03 "Code on Personal Data Protection".
Please, note that for the implementation of contractual relationships in place with you, our Structure is in possession of your Data, acquired also in a verbal manner, directly or via third parties, defined as personal by Legislative Decree 196/2003 - Code regarding personal data protection.
The code in question provides that whoever performs processing of personal data is obliged to inform the person concerned regarding which data is processed and on the certain qualifying elements of the processing, which must be done fairness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your privacy and your rights.
In according with this legislation, we would like to provide you with the following information:
Type of data processed
We process your personal details as well as economic data which are necessary for the performance of contractual relationships with your organization or for the management of the previous phases of the contract. We are not in possession of any sensitive or judicial data, in compliance of Art. 4, paragraph 1, of Law 196/2003.
Purpose of processing
Your data shall be used for activities tied to contractual agreements as well as to internal organisational managemement of financial and commercial relationships, to perform statistical calculations related to marketing, to communicate any information relating to products provided, for commercial communications relating to our products/services.
Processing guidelines
Your data shall be processed with tools and proceedings in order to guarantee safety and reserve, and shall be effectuated both with traditional and digital archives.
Communication and dissemination
Your data shall not be shared by use, with the intended aim of giving knowledge to indeterminate subjects in aany way, including by making data available for consultation. Your data may be communicated by us, with the intention of giving knowledge to one more subjects as follows:

• to subjects who can access the data under provision of the law inside our company
• to subjects who can access the data under provisions of the law, regulation or legislation, within the limits set by these rules
• to subjects who need to access the data for the relationship between you and us, within necessary limits to perform their auxiliary funcions (for example: credit institutes, freight forwarders);
• to our consultants or employees, to the extent necessary for carrying out their duties in our company after a letter of assignment that imposes a duty of confidentiality and safety

Your rights
Below is an extract of Article 7 of Law 196/2003, as a reminder that you can exercise the following rights:

• to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, also in non-registered form, and request the transmission in a clear form of such data
• to obtain an indication of the origin of personal data as well as the aims and methods of processing
• to obtain indication about the logic applied in processing carried out with the aid of computer tools
• to obtain updates, rectification or, if interested, the integration of data
• to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data handled in violation of the law
• to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking data which does not need to be kept for the purposes for which data was collected or subsequently processed
• to obtain certification that the updating, correction, addiction, deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking have been made aware, also as regards the contents, to those to whom the data was communicated or disseminated, except in cases where such information proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the protected right
• to oppose, in whole or in part the processing of your personal data, pertinent to the purpose of collection, for legitimate reasons
• to oppose, in whole or in part, the processing of personal data which concerns you for the sending of advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.
