Smart HeSafety

Smart HeSafety software pack allows installers to receive and store automatically periodic test calls and any type of technological alarm. Smart HeSafety also allows to receive emergency request calls.
Services
The Smart HeSafety package allows:
- to handle calls and alarms from any make of autodiallers:
- in P100 protocol
- in Esse-ti protocol
- by SMS
- in CLI mode (storing caller ID number without answering the call) - to quickly identify the lifts showing missed calls and the related delay
- to receive e-mail notifications (in case of an event or periodically)
- to view and manage the lift data
- to control the logs of received calls
- to manage P100 user data
- to manage P100 operational failure
- to print the lift list and received calls
- to backup or restore file of database
- to manage up to 4 HeGate for max. 12 telephone lines (8 analog PSTN lines / 4 GSM200-C lines)
- to manage up to 8 gateways 4G.text for max 8 telephone lines
- System capability: up to 8 devices (HeGate and/or 4G.text)
- Minimum system requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 7 (32-bit/64-bit), Windows 8 (32-bit/64-bit) or superior
- 250 MB available hard disk space
- 1 GB RAM
