The HI-PRO 412 PSTN is ready for the connection of 4 external lines and up to 12 extensions and is equipped with the doorphone board.
The PABX is equipped with many functions, including: IVR (Interactive Voice Responder), Call Switch (in case of absence the incoming calls go directly to preset numbers), ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), vocal files upload with mixing possibility (to use the music on hold as background for IVR and courtesy messages), and automatic switch FAX.
